We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part-Time) who can assist us in bringing in the best candidates to support the company’s growth.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills with extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Database, and has a proven track record of providing exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the current hiring needs
• A keen understanding of the hiring requirements for each role and determining selection criteria
• Sourcing and building a strong candidates pool through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
• Prescreen and shortlist candidates for various roles and manage multiple requisitions
• Maintain candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking Database
• Perform in-depth Zoom interviews to determine a candidate's suitability for the role; administer online exams if necessary
• Provide a summary of the candidate's qualifications and recommendation to the hiring manager
• Schedule and facilitate final interviews with the hiring manager
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Assist in the completion of pre-employment requirements and onboarding
• Monitor and assist new hire's performance in the first few months
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Graduate with Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication
• Experience in sourcing in different job board platforms like LinkedIn, JobSteet,
• Knowledgeable in managing applicant tracking database and recruitment report
• Willing to learn new things and adapt to the fast-paced working environment
• Willing to do remote work for 4 hours per day anytime between 9am to 6pm Philippine Time
