The Credit Pros is looking for a Payroll Administrator who can start ASAP! Our ideal candidate is a hard-working, proactive, reliable and extremely detail-oriented person. This person should have the willingness to be trained and should be open for constructive criticism.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Salesforce, Zendesk
- Experience in Microsoft 365
- Experience in Excel
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Experienced in facilitating payout for 200+ employees
- Experience in facilitating payout globally is a PLUS!
Responsibilities:
- Manipulate and handle all payout platforms for payroll
- Facilitate invoices and attendance for all employees
- Coordinate with company Admins for attendance
- Coordinate with HR or department heads for promotions and updated rates
- Manage and maintain documents for payroll purposes (Excel and Google sheets)
- Coordinate bank account changes for all employees
- Report and communicate all payroll updates and issues to Finance Manager on a daily basis
- Create and update CVS files for mass uploads to payroll platforms
- Familiarize and master turnaround times for all supported countries of employees
Important:
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm EST
- Work from Home!
