Outbound Sales Representative

We are looking for someone to join our team as a part of a growing company for a long term position. Someone who is natural on the phone. You will help reach business targets through sales calls and other tasks varying outbound cold calls, client onboarding, to client relationship management.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Making cold calls to leads and generate sales and revenue for company
- Educate potential clients on our service offering and provide quality conversation to sign up for our service and book an appointment
-Follow up calls with clients for documents and payments
- Responsible for reaching daily, weekly and monthly target
- Set up new customer accounts and manage sensitive customer data

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least two years experience in the BPO industry doing outbound and sales calls
- Ability to close a deal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledgeable in CRM Systems (training will be provided)
- Embraces team work in a team oriented environment
