Junior Project Manager

We are a digital marketing agency in need of an experienced project manager, who can help with project planning for digital marketing and web design & development projects.

Our agency has been expanding rapidly and I need an amazing Project Planner to help us with our growth. The initial pay for this role will be between $3 - $5 per hour, based on experience and a proven track record.

This position can be part-time or full time, depending on the candidates' capability and availability! Our goal is to build a long-term partnership that will benefit both.

Preferred Skills and expertise:
(preferred, but not all are required)

- Google Ads
- Data Studio
- Website/webflow development
- Graphic Design
- Other SaaS tools as needed

Project Management skills and experience:

- Familiar with project management practices like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or other experience within a digital agency environment
- Experience with project management and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and connect with anyone.
- Extreme attention to detail, highly organized, and impressive time management skills
- Ability to effectively estimate time requirements and ensure we meet deadlines
- Ability to troubleshoot issues encountered and find possible solutions to resolve them
