VP of Operations

Job Summary

ReviewBuzz is a fast-growing company with a goal of growing from one to multi-billion dollars over the next several years. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to bring strategy and focused execution, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- All operational matters, including project management, team alignment, delegating responsibilities while holding people -accountable, and overseeing activities to ensure cost-effective delivery of results.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
- Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
- Reviews and approves cost control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
- Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the chief executive officer and other leadership.
- Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
- Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Oversees the daily workflow of different departments.
- Motivation, management, and development of staff members
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices
- Demonstrated project and budget management skills
- Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
- Assertive, proactive a good problem solver, and team player
- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- 3-5 years of experience in SAAS is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be available to work full time (40 hours per week) - Pacific Time
- Familiarity with inter-office communication applications to communicate and coordinate with the rest of the team
- Expertise in defining and crafting operational strategy and scaling business operations.
- Strong ability to execute, measure results, and demonstrate progress.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading a high-performance, globally distributed team.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic, and a passion to build and run a diverse team across the world.
- Must be experienced in Google and Microsoft Suite of Tools, Salesforce, Asana, and Slack.
- This is a remote position so reliable Internet and a comfortable and professional workspace including multiple monitors, webcam, and headset are mandatory.
