Searching for an experienced, professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO of a company that houses a continuously growing real estate portfolio, including building new, and remodeling old houses and manages over 150 rental properties. The Executive Assistant will work directly alongside the CEO who is highly entrepreneurial and needs someone who can manage the intricacies of

Essential Job Functions:
-Coordinate executive communications, including making calls, responding to
-Preserves CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence
-Maintain CEO’s schedule and appointments and manage travel arrangements
-Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
-Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents
-Gather detailed and well-organized research for review
-Maintain, organize, and create new processes and systems to manage all of the above
-Utilize various software, including Google Office Suite, task managers, communication apps and presentation software
-Completes projects by delegating work to virtual assistants and staff and following up to ensure timely results
Professional Knowledge and Skills:
-At least four (4) years of executive leadership support or similar experience;
-At least two (2) years of human resources recruitment and/or hiring processes experience;
-Able to structure and process qualitative/quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it;
-Critical listening skills, including the ability to analyze and synthesize information;
-High level English speaking and writing skills:
-Strong verbal communication skills that balance professionalism, diplomacy, and humility;
-Well-honed writing and editing skills for the development of both internal and external communications
-Project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects plus set and meet deadlines;
-High proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite programs, particularly spreadsheets
-Experience with financial research and due diligence a plus;
-Experience with project management software, WordPress or other CMS, and Google Apps a plus
-Consistently produces high quality, detailed work;
-Organizes, plans, and schedules in an efficient, productive manner;
-Manages new challenges in a fast-paced, changing environment;
-Collaborates well with people of different backgrounds, races, experiences, and educational levels;
-Elicits confidence and builds rapport;
-Possesses a strong work ethic and eagerness to take initiative;
-Enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated, and self-aware.
Work Hours: This is a strictly virtual position. This position is part-time (approx. 25 hours per week) with opportunity to grow and hours are typically flexible but at least partial U.S. Central Time business hours availability is required and full day availability is preferred.
