**WHAT WORK IS GONNA BE LIKE FOR YOU**

You will help to create and execute the content marketing strategy, champion and bring out our brand voice and identity in all of our marketing collaterals. You will be implementing key marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Conducting market research and analysis, designing and developing propositions that are relevant to our target audiences.
- Developing engaging, audience-focused content consistent with the organisation’s brand, style, and tone, according to the defined growth and content strategy.
- Repurposing the content for optimal distribution and engagement in both offline and online channels.
- Conceptualising and communicating design ideas, and collaborating with designers to implement your ideas
- Distributing content across multiple online and offline channels including training, website, social media, and others
- Managing the content production process including collaborating with cross-functional teams to create content, conducting editorial review, optimising content for users and search engines, coordinating compliance review, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting on content marketing metrics and show continuous improvement of the content strategy based on analytics.


**THE RIGHT APPLICANT**

The right applicant is someone who is naturally curious about different facets of this world, and passionate about research and digging into the essence of all topics.

Here are the requirements:
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- The ability to adjust content to remain consistent with brand, style, and tone
- Attention to detail, and an eye for creative composition and layout
- Good time and process management, ability to see projects from conceptualization to completion
- Team player with aptitude to work independently and possess high level of initiative
- Hungry to learn and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

Here are the Nice-to-have qualifications:
1 – 3 years of relevant job experience
Blog, e-newsletter, social media management experience
SEO, SMM (paid advertising) experience
Project management experience
Photography and videography skills
