We are seeking an Office Admin to provide back-office support to our current employees. Our office is a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment. Your duties will include simple tasks such as performing data entry, checking documents, performing CRM management/setup, analyzing spreadsheets, and other duties as assigned by your colleagues.

Good English & typing skills are a must and I’m looking for someone who is passionate, motivated, and eager to work and learn. We are looking for someone who does not mind repetitive work, who can work fast, and accurately.

An individual will be crucial in standardizing, analyzing, and migrating data sets from multiple sources; Manipulate received data to be properly imported into the company’s database.

This is for a full-time, 40-hour commitment each week and you’ll be expected to provide daily reports for the work you’ve done. I’m only interested in someone looking for long-term employment and a chance to grow with our company. I’m also looking for someone who does NOT have another job or school conflict that would interfere with this position. We can assure you the person we hire will be very happy to be working with us.
