Our company buys 2-6 houses every month here in Greenville, South Carolina. We buy homes directly from homeowners who need a solution to a real estate problem. While you will not be involved in working with homeowners directly in this position, you will have the opportunity to make a major impact in people’s lives by assisting the company in our lead generation and refinement process.

Job Requirements:
--You must be quick to learn and willing to challenge yourself and grow EVERY DAY
--Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
--You must have a strong command of the English language
--Extreme attention-to-detail
--Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / processes is a plus
--Consistent and reliable power and high-speed internet connection

NOTE: This position requires working USA business hours. You must have experience working graveyard shift hours to be considered.

Pay and Work Hours:
This position is paid at $320 (US Dollars) Upgrade to see actual infoitially this position will require 40 hours per week that must be worked between 8am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time (USA).

While this is a part-time position it will grow into a full-time position for the right person. Do you have what it takes?

Responsibilities:

Initially, you will generate, process, and maintain critical marketing lists from different online sources. Your role will grow and evolve as the company grows as you prove your capabilities.

All training will be provided as needed via live video conference and/or prerecorded videos and written instructions.
