Core Role:
#1 Outcome over the next 30 days: Setting up 10 calls/week with potential clients that are looking to improve their health. These calls will be booked on our clients’ calendar through our prospecting systems.
The Virtual Appointment Setter will contact prospects daily via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Cold Email and “Warm Calls” to book appointments with our clients. We work with fitness professionals and marketing companies that are looking to speak with potential clients to explain their services and see if it’s a good fit to work together. Our goal is to set up 10 of these appointments per week with an 80% show up rate.
The Virtual Appointment Setter will message leads that respond positively to our messages to book an appointment with them. They will also call leads that scheduled a few hours before their appointment for confirmation.
The role, when executed correctly, sets a minimum of 35 appointments a month for our clients, which gives them a massive opportunity to increase their revenue.

Requiremtns :
Reliable internet connection (10 Mbps download)
Great English communication and speaking skills (experience talking to American prospective customers and verbally explaining our program)
6 months of experience prospecting using one of the following: Cold Email, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram DMs
1 year of experience appointment setting
Experience using GoHighLevel
Experience using Google Sheets and Gmail
Agency/Marketing Company experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
Sending messages daily on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and via email
Finding prospects using D7LeadFinder or by searching Google
Calling prospects that respond to our messages to set an appointment
Adding prospects into HighLevel once they respond
Calling prospects to confirm their appointment
Reporting via Google Sheets so we can track outreach
Communication with our team and the client with any questions
Notifying our team when an appointment is booked
KPIs:
Appointments set (which you will track)
Conversion of # of messages to appointments
Show up rate for appointments

The Salary is $400 Canaiden Per Month
