Facebook Advertising Manager for Digital Marketing Agency (FT or PT)

Having delivered exceptional results for clients and partners now for over 6 years, Social Saints is entering an exciting demand-driven period of Upgrade to see actual info order to meet our growing requirements, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, ambitious, goal-oriented Facebook Advertising Specialist to join our close-knit team.

An exciting opportunity for the right person, this is a role providing the opportunity to innovate, collaborate, and grow. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role is fully remote with the option to work full or part Upgrade to see actual info social media marketing, there are a lot of teams out there that set up an account and check it once a month. We’re not one of those agencies. We are not okay with mediocre results. Owning our culture of excellence, we strive to deliver optimal results and love setting big goals and going for them.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage and execute Facebook Ads campaigns, including but not limited to strategy development, account setup, campaign configuration, creative, implementation and reporting.
- Write ad copy and create ad content that drives conversions.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure campaign budgets, outcomes and KPIs are met and surpassed.
- Monitor and maximise weekly and monthly performance metrics via ongoing optimisation.
- Work with other members of the team to brainstorm campaign ideas, create plans to implement those ideas, and identify the most effective strategies.

Skills & Experience:

- At least one year’s recent experience working with Facebook Business Manager on lead generation campaigns
- The ability to lead the strategy, execution, and communication for multiple clients spending between $1,000 - $30,000 per month.
- The ability to strategise creatively and understand how brand presence translates to results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of third-party platforms: every client comes with their own tech stack. You should understand how they all play together, like landing page builders, CRMs, tracking software, & email automation.
- Installing and managing Facebook pixels
- Creating saved, custom audiences and lookalike audiences
- Building out campaign frameworks inside ad accounts

- Understanding of iOS14 privacy updates, domain verification and aggregated event measurement
- Excellent attention to detail
- Use unique, non-standard, customised approaches where necessary to engage audiences.

Bonus points if you have skills and experience in:

- Working with the Australian market/clients
- General marketing experience
- Graphic design experience – Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar
- Basic video editing ability
- Working in the back end of a range of web platforms, e.g. WordPress etc
- Other forms of PPC, especially Google Ads
- SEO implementation
- Email platforms eg MailChimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign
- Analytics platforms like Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
