Social Media Marketing/ Data Mining

We are hiring a digital and social media marketing expert to do lead generation and grow our audience. This job is more project-based than hourly unless you continue to provide value, then we would be happy to have you as part-time or full-time.

Tasks/Skills Needed:
- Experience in and social media content experience preferably in Real Estate Pre-Construction New Development and High End Luxury Residential Real Estate
- Building Website / Landing Page
- Design Email Campaign
- Email Automation (Constant Contact) -
- Chat Bot Installation (Manychat)
- Graphic Designer/ Photoshop/ Creating Flyers /Ads
- Creative and resourceful
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of brand identity
- Brand Content and Storefront Page Optimization
- Improve page design and aesthetic

If you have experience in Youtube Ads, video editing (preferably premiere pro), or experience in real estate that's a plus!

We would love to have someone who is creative, innovative, and adaptable. If you're able to produce leads and create plenty of clients for us, we would certainly give raises/higher pay! If you're able to show proof that you've had successes in marketing, bonus!
