TCFS is looking for someone who has been stable on a job and is looking for a full-time, long-term position!
Job Responsibilities:
Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
Identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk.
Research all new products, systems, or processes to ensure client compliance is up to date.
Supporting various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments.
Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk
Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
Take great notes on conference calls about regularly auditing company procedures, practices, and documents to help identify possible weaknesses or risks with the team sharing OneNote and or MicosoftTeams
Duties of the position will include, but are not limited to:
• Act as a resource to all clients in understanding compliance requirements and how it affects products and services.
• Update compliance program manuals, upon the request of the CCO as needed.
What we need from you:
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Open to learning more
* Tech-savvy and well-versed in compliance, risk management, quality control, laws and regulations.
Preferred:
• Word, Internet software,
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, and SQL skills.
• General organizational, problem-solving, and strong communication skills with the TCFS team only.
