JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is looking to fill the position of an HR manager, a specialist who will also act as a hiring manager and point of contact for employees. The ideal employee will possess the following desired skills: time management, adaptability, collaboration, persuasion, and Upgrade to see actual infot listed but equally important are empathy, honesty and integrity. This position is not for an entry level employee. We are looking for someone who knows and understands HR duties, a problem-solver and a quick Upgrade to see actual info is important to also have education and experience in this field. Good communication and English-speaking skills are a must. We would prefer someone who is familiar with Google Apps, such as Drive, Sheets, etc. or a quick learner.
Duties will include:
Recruiting candidates: arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees.
Maintaining employee records: maintaining personal details and emergency contacts for each Upgrade to see actual infopany-specific data is also managed by HR, such as employee evaluations.
Processing payroll: calculating each employee’s pay and taxes and managing bonuses and other benefits for employees
Conducting disciplinary actions: evaluating employee performance and providing guidance on how to improve, carrying out disciplinary action when needed
Updating policies: suggesting changes or making official updates to company policies. Policies are usually updated as a reaction to an occurrence (e.g., in-office social distancing guidelines in response to COVID-19).
Other Responsibilities are:
The HR manager is responsible for employee engagement and motivation. Our company wants to maintain an aligned, thriving, and purpose-driven culture among employees of a company.
HR must continuously maintain clear communication with workers and monitor how employees are dealing with their new remote work situation. This ensures HR is doing everything it can to keep the remote workforce satisfied and productive. This includes tracking employee statistics and reporting statistics for a group as a goal.
HR departments for remote workplaces also need to create suitable benchmarks to measure employee job performance virtually. The HR manager will be responsible for developing new systems of employee performance reviews and recognition.
