Leasing and Applications Specialist

We are looking for someone that is organized who has great communication skills. Someone that is willing to put in the extra effort to make sure the job is complete. Below are the expectations that we have for you (but not limited to)

-Communicate with Potential Tenants
-Screen Applicants and send acceptance or adverse action notices as needed.
-Generate leases with appropriate addendums
-Verify Security Deposit Receipts
-Handle move-in process of tenants
-Organize and apply pet screening process

We expect the applicant to have the following:
- A positive and glass half full attitude and the desire to learn and improve
- Well-spoken, courteous, and respectful of everyone
- Must be able to work PST Timezone from Monday to Friday at 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST, has experience working the graveyard shift
- Must have a good internet connection
- Must have a headset to make calls and communicate
