The Digital Marketing Graphic Designer will create a variety of visually compelling digital assets for our clients. The role will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to effectively strategize and iterate content that drives site traffic and conversions.

• Create engaging digital assets in multiple variations and sizes for our clients on organic social, paid social & paid search platforms (Instagram,
• Be able to follow and adapt to branding of specific clients
• Develop new ways to communicate brand stories on our digital comms
• Aligning with other channels’ creatives to ensure consistent messaging but tailored specifically to our platforms
• Research new trends, techniques, and tools to develop engaging social content that converts
• Work closely with digital marketing team to develop a deep understanding of consumer’s mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors to inform strong creative development
Qualifications:
• Mastery of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Can collaborate with tea
• Able to work during MST working hours
• Clean and modern design aesthetic and strong typographic skills
• Ability to produce various assets under a tight deadline
• Understand basic marketing principles and performance marketing channels
