We’re looking for a proactive Chief Financial Officer (CFO) that will lead all accounting and financial planning/reporting for our clients. We have a strong preference for those who have worked in a public company and/or public accounting setting and have a strong familiarity with internal controls, month end close, process, reporting, audits, etc. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting, software systems, and Excel skills. This role is great for someone who has a strong sense of order and consistency. Experience automating accounting, financial analysis, and metric dashboards preferred. We require candidates to have 15 + years of experience with at least 5 years in a CFO role.

We’re excited to have you join us! Here are some (but certainly not all) of the responsibilities for this position:

Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Preparing financial analysis, projections, and other financial reports
• Analyzing financials and creating comprehensive financial models to help with strategic decision-making.
• Provide business analysis on client operations and product results
• Provide leadership needed to plan and grow profit efficiently, including developing budgets and providing accurate projections in support of client business strategy.
• Provide ongoing financial analysis and modeling to a range of company leaders in support of key business decisions
• Develop short-range and long-range financial plans
• Managing, training, and helping hire, accounting staff.
• Managing relationships with team members, clients, and external partners.
• Proven track record in successfully supporting growth using strong analytical skills and effective financial modeling and tracking
• Experience leading financial budgeting and financial planning process
• Ability to oversee and review corporate accounting functions
• Solid understanding of financial compliance requirements and experience implementing and managing financial policies
• Successful at executing on business development, networking, and sales activities to build client base
• Create presentations for management and stakeholders
• Deep experience in Excel
• Coordinating with US colleagues in addition to external tax and accounting partners
• CPA certification or other equivalent certification
• Fundraising, mergers and acquisition experience
• 15+ years’ experience with at least 5+ years as a finance leader
