JOB OVERVIEW

• To assist Project Managers with coordination of projects and liaise with production, procurement, and installation personnel
• Communicate with customers on installation dates and site-specific details including arranging surveys, site access and site inductions
• Support Project Managers with admin duties such as RAMs, despatch notes etc.
• Managing change and taking ownership of any challenges as efficiently and quickly as possible
• Coordination of installation H&S, PQQ’s and Trade accreditations
• Manager installers accreditations, keeping accurate records ensuring records are up to date
• Support to Operations Coordinator with ad hoc admin duties
• Plan and prepare accurate arrange for timely delivery and review orders receive.
• Evaluate all suppliers and negotiate with contacts to achieve the most affordable, reliable and high-quality sources for supplies
• Assess financial data to ensure that all purchasing orders remain within an approved budget.
• Maintain detailed records on all orders including prices, quantities ordered, delivery schedules and the origins of products.
