RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media posts on IG to be repurposed on professional FB Page
Upgrade to see actual infomunity page management
Social Media engagement
Create or repurpose content - visuals through canva or other tools
Repurposing content on various social (FB, podcast, IG)
Marketing Strategy on growing reach and engagement for Social Media presence
Manage all customer service inquiries through email and social media
Create content strategy and content calendar to include repurposing existing content and testimonials etc
Daily Engage with Upgrade to see actual infomunity
Proofread all posts
Create a content calendar and schedule all posts
With a focus on organic growth, you will be creative and tactical with your content plans and create a community feel

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years experience in a Social Media Associate/ Customer Care Assistant
Solid working knowledge of all key social platforms
Highly skilled in creating graphics and digital assets
Creative with high attention to detail - Commercially minded and strategic in your approach
A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and spoken English (tone: light, engaging, feminine, empowering, friendly)
Experience in blog writing, content publishing, and engagement
Experience in reporting and tracking campaign results
Experience handling clients and Assist them with Queries
