I’m looking for an ingenious Executive Assistant who can help me with business operations and marketing duties.
Main Tasks / Responsibilities:
> Streamlining my podcast workflow - creating show notes, social media graphics, etc.
> Maintaining my Wordpress website which runs on Divi plugin.
> Posting content across my social media platforms.
> Other general admin tasks needed.
Must-have Skills / Qualities:
> A problem-solver and who can think out of the box.
> Very detail-oriented and can break down my big idea into pieces.
> On-point communication with superior written and verbal skills as this role will be client-facing at times.
> Determined and resourceful.
Skill preferences (NOT required, but will be a PLUS):
> SEO skills for website management.
> Project management skills.
> Experience with ConvertKit.
> Knows how to use Airtable - this is what I use to manage my content and would love someone who can find more efficient uses of the software
Budget, Hours, and Schedule
$ 7 - 8 /hour
10 - 15 hrs/week
Philippine time is okay with the possibility of periodic check-ins during PST time.
