JOB OVERVIEW

Trust the Process is looking for a Virtual Admin Assistant who will assist with our client's admin tasks.

Responsibilities include:
- Graphic design (Canva/Photoshop)
- Inserting email copy into Mailchimp and scheduling emails
- Management of CRM (Wodify - https://www.wodify.com)
- Admin tasks, such as uploading training timetables and chasing payments.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design
- Proven experience in using Mailchimp
- High ability in English communication (written and speaking)
- High level of attention to details
- High level of organization skills
- Reliable internet connection and workspace free from distractions
- Experience working with a fitness company is an advantage
- Must be available to work during AU and US timezones (dayshift or graveyard shift)

Rate: Php 170-200/ hour
