We are a USA-based digital marketing agency that focuses on lawn care and landscaping clients. We are looking for a senior-level expert in HTML/CSS website design.

Here are some of the requirements:
- Must be an expert at hand-coding from scratch without relying upon pre-made templates.
- Must have a strong eye for design and have the ability to create any graphics needed.
- Must have an understanding of on-page SEO principles.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week and track their time using TimeDoctor.
- Must have excellent English skills.
- Must be able to show past work.
