Looking for a reliable to competent admin and accounting analyst.
Responsibilities:
• Develop Forecasts and Budgets
• Reconciliation – customers and suppliers
• Check systems for ad-hoc and periodic reports and report exceptions with recommendations
• Liaise with external parties as needed
• Liaise with internal users, when needed, as directed
• Create reports, analyse and develop insights.
Requirements
• Proven working experience in Accounting
• Good MYOB Skills or has worked with similar accounting packages
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills – both written and spoken.
• Take ownership and complete the tasks without follow-ups on time.
• Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Need to work during AEST 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
This role doesn't have a lot of accounting but must have enough accounting knowledge to do this role. There is no bookkeeping work.
Must have min 3 years experience in accounting but not more than 5 years.
