In this role you will provide support to self-employed professionals and small teams, assisting them with a range of duties that traditionally fall under the Team Assistant/Personal Assistant area of responsibility:
« To manage client’s business and personal schedule
« To source and purchase products and services
« To set up price alerts and find best value deals
« To enter, screen, and process data
« To edit and format business documents
« To transcribe audio, video, calls, and meetings
« To find and book venues, hotels, and travel
« To book restaurants and entertainment
« To screen and respond to calls and
« To provide first point-of-contact for clients
« To manage invoices and expenditure
« To update content on client’s websites
« To create and post simple social media content
« To oversee simple project plans
« To help onboarding new staff and clients
« To manage client’s customer files and records
« To generate reports and KPIs dashboards
Qualification & Experience Requirements
« Fluent in English, written and oral
« Experience managing business correspondence in English
« Experience of working in international teams (preferably with Americans)
« Experience working in an office support/admin role 3+ years
« Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
« Intermediate knowledge of social media management
« Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner
« Good understanding of the American business culture
