In this role, you'll ensure that the two Managing Partners of our firm have what they need to seamlessly operate their Financial Firm. This role will involve managing expenses and invoices, maintenance of our CRM system, document management, some work in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint and generally keeping up with a growing firm. Accounting knowledge and experience is a plus for this role.
While you will be working remote, you will be connected with and engaged by our growing team that consists of a group of really smart, highly motivated and team-oriented people.
Specific tasks include:
Administrative support
- Bookkeeping, invoicing in Quickbooks
- Data entry to Excel, CRM
- Calendar and
- Manage talent pipeline, job candidates
- Send thank you notes, holiday cards
- Clean-up, maintain shared documents / folders
- Coordinate and manage smaller projects
