High quality merch designer/illustrator

We are looking for two designers/illustrators for the creation of high quality merchandize designs (t-shirts, phone cases, hoodies, etc.).

About us
We are a medium-sized merch business, selling products on various platforms, mainly on Upgrade to see actual info.

About the job
Your job would be to deliver new designs on a daily basis based on the guidance and themes we provide.

What will be expected from you:
- Strong illustration and typography skills (nearly all designs require both, illustration and some sort of text)
- Good command of the English language.
- Good and reliable internet connection.
- Delivery of 10-20 designs per day, 6 days a week.
- All designs must be provided in AI as well as PNG format.

The rules
In the merch business, copyright and trademark laws and rules are very Upgrade to see actual inforbon copies, obvious references or any kind of trademark or copyright infringement will result in immediate termination. Your designs must be 100% unique and created by yourself. You may use references, however the final designs must be VERY different from the reference. Our automated copy detection algorithm finds 100 % of all copies, thanks to image recognition and machine learning models.

- We use Slack to communicate
- The design briefing and submission processes is managed in Airtable
- We prefer Wise (formerly Transferwise) as a payment method

The process

If you are selected for the next round, you will be asked to create three test designs, which will pay PHP 200 in total after the delivery of all three designs.
