Shirt Graphic Designer needed - Longterm Collaboration

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to create T-Shirt Designs.
You should be able to create a good looking design from a Vector and Text. I will provide you with the Text and Vector.
You are responsible for choosing the fonts, only commercially free allowed! But I have some favorite fonts I can give you if needed.

I will pay 2$ per Design. Before we start any collaboration, I would like you to create 3 simple test designs, for 5$.

For self-drawn illustrations I pay of course depending on complexity 5-8$ per design.

Requirements:
- Must use Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
- Be able to follow instructions clearly
- Must know how to use Google Drive/Sheets
- Must provide Source files
- Good Communication is important
- Abilitity to meet deadlines (!)
- All work will be checked over, stolen designs will result in contract termination and bad feedback
- For each design I need the original file and a .png File with 4500 x 5400 px (300 dpi).
