Technical Development Assistant/Scrum Master

Tyfoom is thrilled to be hiring a Technical Development Assistant/Scrum Master. We are seeking a high performing and talented individual who is a team player. Please see below for specific duties and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should be very organized and detail oriented. We have some ambitious features on the roadmap that will be groundbreaking for the industries we serve. Ultimately, we are looking for a top-level Technical Development Assistant/Scrum Master that can help our development team create, clean, organize, and write functional code that serves and amazes our growing customer base.

Responsibilities:
Take notes in design and technical meetings to build into development tasks in conjunction with the lead developer and/or product owner
Organize development tasks priority and track progress on sprint items
Track bugs and feature enhancement requests, prioritize with product owner, and schedule into sprints
Daily touches with each developer to find out what needs clarification or roadblock-clearing for work to continue
Feature and functionality testing
Other responsibilities as needed to accelerate the development cycle and success of our dev team

Requirements:
Experience organizing work for developers
Learn each developer's cadence and help plan development sprints accordingly
Help dev team plan and complete commitments on-time each sprint
Manage Roadmap in Zoho Projects
Manage Sprints in Zoho Sprints
Manage Bugs in Zoho Bug Tracker
Good attitude
Great to work with

Preferred Skills and Expertise:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
