Accountant, Analyst, Auditor for Growing eCommerce Business

Hello!


We operate two growing e-commerce brands. We are looking for someone to assist with a wide variety of tasks including financial and data analysis, auditing accounts payable, general mathematical problem solving, inventory reconciliation, billing, paying bills, reconciling accounts, general accounting, and bookkeeping tasks. We use Quickbooks Online, so it would be helpful if you have training and or experience with Quickbooks.

You must be very thorough, able to easily catch errors, and not overlook details.

Advanced excel skills are necessary to efficiently complete some of the tasks.

This can be full or part-time.

Must be available for rare, but sometimes critical, events that happen on the weekend.
