Business Intelligence Analyst

A U.S.-based market research firm, is hiring a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst to be a member of our Accounts team. The primary responsibilities are:

Generate charts and slides that convey key findings through DisplayR and Powerpoint
Create additional crosstabs and visuals for clients
Pitch ideas on segmentation and cluster analyses
Support Accounts team in a collaborative environment
Be available from at least 6am U.S. Eastern Time until 11am U.S. Eastern Time while working in the mornings and or afternoons PH time with our Manila-based team; some weekend work, especially during campaign season

Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate has:

2-5 years experience in data visualization and business intelligence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good English
Creative, innovative, and fast-working
Proficient with DisplayR (or a similar interactive tool) and PowerPoint
Undergraduate degree in data science, statistics, business intelligence, or related fields (graduate degree preferred)

Compensation:

Monthly salary between $1,100 USD and $1,370 USD depending on experience
Participation in the company share bonus multiplier on company revenue
Flexible work schedule to be earned over time
