Seeking to fill the role of a Marketing Assistant & Lead Generator. Primary functions will be assistance with marketing efforts, lead generation and data entry. Tasks associated with these primary functions will be maintaining and updating prospect lists/spreadsheets, entering information into our CRM (Active Campaign), scheduling drip campaigns to prospects in Active Campaign,
This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter that’s able to identify decision makers and help develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, social media channels, target prospect lists, LinkedIn Navigator, discovery and individual research. An ideal Marketing Assistant & Lead Generation Specialist will have a strong understanding of the early stages of the sales funnel, and excel at researching leads to drive the top of the sales funnel process for our team, while ensuring proper data and systems are followed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (all but not limited to)
Organize and keep track of excel spreadsheets for marketing leads
Transfer data into CRM
Set-up a marketing calendar for a drip campaign, inside the CRM and coordinate it with any plug-ins/add-ons
Substantial prospecting for new opportunities through
Obtain, clean, and qualify leads from inbound initiatives, marketing campaigns, industry lists and individual research as sales opportunities
Scrape information from Linkedin within parameters given by BrainPower
Prepare reports of campaign performance(s) and present to BrainPower Mgmt.
Create playbook in Google Docs for entire job role and processes including org chart of roles for handoff should VA not continue in the role
Manage Project Management tool for tasks given by BrainPower (currently using Active Campaign)
REQUIREMENTS

Time Commitment
Flexible. If we are a match for each other we will make the schedule work. Our ideas is to start at 10 to 15 hours per week for a 30-day trial period. Once we all realize we’re obsessed with each other, we will discuss the growth trajectory. Our ultimate goal is to have you work with us full-time. If you have a different idea about your preferred schedule just let us know.
Experience
4+ years experience as a Marketing Assistant, Lead Generator, or related skill set, serving high-performing, fast-paced entrepreneurs and/or business owners
Important Note: Our business model often works with freelancers. We know you are wonderful, but no one can be great at everything. You will be asked to perform certain tasks and if you know it’s not up your alley, just tell us. We don’t want you to suffer - we want you to operate inside of your genius.
Training:
Because our model allows us to accept ongoing work and projects from CEOs with varying needs we will work as partners, onboarding you to each of our clients’ specific needs and establishing best practices as we move forward.
