Vivid Racing is one of the leading aftermarket automotive and motorsports parts suppliers based in the USA. We have customer communication coming in via Live Chat, Tickets, and Phone. With this large amount of inbound communication, we have broken it up into different divisions. Our main goal is to be able to offer the best service and make relationships with all customers whether they buy or not.
The job of a Vivid Racing Sales Assistant is to be the first interaction with a customer where technical or sales specialists are needed. This includes:
Incoming
- Utilizing our website tools for stock/inventory checks at our vendors or warehouses.
- Responding to general inquiries with Canned Responses.
- Directing customers to the website page they need to place a order.
- Checking on questions related to Fitment
- Small order concerns or questions.
- Handling discontinued item inquiries
- Utilizing coupon codes when available to entice customers
- Clearing SPAM ticket queues
- It is important to have a good ticket score once ticket is closed
- You will be answering incoming Live Chats.
- Chats can be transferred to other departments depending on questions answered.
- Chats will have Canned Responses however will require personal interaction when needed.
- Chats should never be missed which means being able to multi-task several at a time.
- It is important to have a good chat rating once chat is complete.
This is a full time job. We are looking for people to either work a shift based on USA Arizona time of 5am - 1pm, 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm, or 10am - 7pm.
Requirements
- Understanding of performance automotive, powersports, motorcycle parts is helpful.
- We use the

- Able to multi-task and meet required metrics.
Pay
- Pay Period is PHP 11500 every 2 weeks.
