I provide you with article in notepad and podcast and need a video back in mpeg-4 format. This typically requires using camtasia and importing the slides on the timeline and adding the podcast on the audio track. Position will start off part time and move into fulltime. Articles are 400-500 words and podcasts run 2-3 minutes...
