Trademark Paralegal

Fast-paced soft-IP law firm in California looking for a stellar trademark paralegal to help coordinate ongoing projects, prepare trademark applications, draft office action responses, calendar deadlines, set up email templates, client communication, coordination with attorneys, coordinate with overseas counsel, keep track of all deadlines, keep attorneys on track, set appointments, and keep everything organized. We need someone with extensive trademark experience (at least 3+ years), strong English language speaking and writing skills, and organizational skills.
