JOB OVERVIEW

Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager who can provide a strategic direction to the organization from an HR perspective. The role will lead Human Resources overall with a key focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Performance Management, and overall help in scaling up of the organization and controlling attrition.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Scheduling interviews and phone screens; working directly with candidates who work across multiple time zones (full cycle of recruitment).
Serve as the go-to person for potential questions from candidates.
Maintain and update accurate candidate database and enhance existing reports where applicable.
Manage direct applications and identify top candidates applied to engage and pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Build and maintain relationships with strong candidates.
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
Coordinating intakes & post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
Writing/designing exciting and engaging copy for job posting using various channels (Jobs Street, LinkedIn, Jobs Bank, channel sites, etc.).
Use recruiting tools to assess candidates’ skills and manage the candidate tracking system.
Support on Talent Acquisition-related projects and initiatives.
Employ a consultative relationship with our client-facing Success Managers and provide regular updates on candidate pipeline and search Upgrade to see actual infosigning the organizational structure to support the required talent demand for smooth operations as per the business plan.
Spearheading and driving the people strategy in synergy with business strategy.
Manage and maintain relationships with contract employees while on Upgrade to see actual infoet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.

Requirements:

2+ years of recruitment experience in a marketing agency.
Strong hands-on experience in END TO END Recruitment.
Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal Upgrade to see actual infomonstrated ability to meet quotas.

Skills required:

Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with ATS systems.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Non-IT Hiring as well.
Experience with global hiring.
