Awesome writer please! (Real Estate based)

Hi You,

If writing is your cup of tea, this opportunity may be for you.

We're looking for a long-term hire who can write real estate education material.

You should be experienced enough to craft logical, informative articles with your research, and write with your own words (no article spinning please).

Example topics: Pros and Cons of having a tenant with pets, Top 5 ways to screen your tenant ...

Requirements:
- Excellent Writing skills (really, there will be LOTs of writing)
- Good Research Skills (since most articles are factual, non-fictional). Pointers will be given by us but you will have to research on further points as well.
- Have phone (Skype) access, stable internet connection, so we can communicate by phone occasionally.

Prior experience in Email or other forms of Marketing is a strong plus. (Helps to make the articles descriptive)
