Residential project head (entails on site presence)

Partly remote and partly on site: Must be present physically on site when needed (Metro Manila)

Types of projects to manage:
-residential fit out , commercial fit out

Deliverables:

- Create project schedule, scope of works and time line for bidding and implementation
- Must be able to produce detailed drawings and renderings .
- must be able to manage contractors

Qualifications

- Must have at least 6-8 years work experience of
- Should be a licensed architect or engineer.

Compensation

Minimum 30,000 pesos plus allowances
