ManyPixels provides graphic design services to SMBs, agencies, and marketing teams all around the world. For a monthly fee, our customers get direct access to our team of talented designers that help them with a large range of projects: digital graphics, web design, illustrations, branding, etc. Our team is fully distributed across Europe and Asia, while most of our customers are in the US.

About the role
We are currently hiring a Community Manager (SMM) to join our marketing team. This person will be responsible for building a warm relationship with our social media followers and growing the community.

Our perfect candidate is experienced in both content creation and communications. You'll be fully in charge of our social media presence, that's why your English should be at native or near-native proficiency level.

Your tasks will include:

Social media content planning, creation, and scheduling
Working with designers and blog writers
User communication – on a daily basis
Occasionally writing short marketing emails
Participation in brainstormings, marketing campaigns, and other activities
On top of that, our ideal community manager has:

a witty, informative, and engaging writing style
an eye for visual storytelling
the ability to break down and explain complex concepts
Other nice-to-have skills:

experience in graphic design
knowledge of marketing processes, business development, and marketing analytics
This is a full-time job that requires a commitment of 40h per week, Monday to Friday.

And the best part, it is 100% remote! Work from home or from a coffee shop, as long as you have a good and stable internet connection, you are good to go!

Requirements
At least 2 years of proven experience as an SMM or Community manager
Native or near-native English level
Strategic thinking
Experience in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
Great teamwork skills
Strong willingness to learn and improve
Ability to work 10 am – 7 pm (CET)
