Job Description:
1. Create a chart of accounts
2. Create various bank and sales imports
3. Pull bills from vendor portal and book them to correct accounts
4. Bank Reconciliation
5. Mark Bill payment based on cleared payments
6. Book any missed bills from group
7. Create deposits/transfers
8. Make adjusting entries if required and authorized
9. Match the transactions not automatically matched
Skills and Qualification:
1. Minimum College with Accounting emphasis is needed. Master’s in accounting preferred
2. Advanced Excel skills a must
3. 2-3 years’ experience working as a bookkeeper or accountant.
4. Full familiarity with accounting software such as Quick Books.
5. Experience in Netsuite and Intacct a plus.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy
7. Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
