The Manila branch office of an Australian company is looking for two Call Centre System Engineer's to administer their clients' Genesys Systems. The positions are available immediately, and may involve some travel to Australia for training and orientation. The branch office will be located in or near to Makati City. This position will be customer facing, so excellent English is essential. Salary is negotiable based on actual experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years Unix System Administration
Excellent spoken and written English
Proven ability to manage change requests including design, implementation, testing and documentation
Ability to work as a team, especially in communication requirements of others and being responsible to make good on promises made
Availability for short term (2-3 week) travel to Australia, including an up-to-date passport
PREFERABLE:
Call centre experience, including exposure to Cisco and Avaya
Actual experience configuring Genesys systems should apply even if missing other requirements
