Digital Designer

You’ll be designing and building emails for a large UK Brand in the beauty industry - ensuring mobile optimisation for high performing campaigns. Emails will be used worldwide in our CRM platform dot digital / dotmailer so experience in these platforms are essential. Working closely with the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the design and creation of email marketing campaigns across multiple regions, as well as ensuring that the creative is in-line with the overall brand vision and delivered in a fresh, innovative way.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Build creative, messaging, and content for campaigns using email and automated marketing in accordance with established brand guidelines across multiple regions.
- Work with the CRM Manager to design and execute strategic CRM creatives
- Ensure messages are optimised for mobile devices.
- Ensure consistency of email campaigns and marrying up with creative executions for all other channels.
- Support Creative Team on delivering designs and assets for creative campaigns.

- Optimise creative, messaging and content based on learnings from previously delivered campaigns.
- Design effective emails that best represent the brand while optimised for conversion & education.
- Collaborating with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.

Requirements:

- 2+ years full time experience focused on or email development in a creative production or marketing environment.
- Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns.
- Excellent command of visual design and architecture for responsive email.
- Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, automation and performance evaluation software. (Dot Digital / Dotmailer desired but not essential)
- Excellent written and spoken english.
