Cloud-Based CRM / Inventory Management Systems Implementation & Management (Ongoing)

We are looking to implement the following cloud-based systems from scratch:

CRM = WORK[etc] www.worketc.com

Inventory = Unleashed www.unleashedsoftware.com

Need someone to take on responsibility of:

Stage 1
- Assisting in setting up all required custom templates / fields specific to our business (i.e. configure settings / options which already exist within the cloud-based proprietary programs)
- Assisting in putting the right processes in place to ensure all interactions are entered into the cloud-based databases so that the data can be properly and easily used by non-tech company staff

Stage 2
- Physically entering all startup information into the cloud-based databases (and continuing on working with us permanently in maintaining the databases)

Basically we are looking for someone to take ownership of implementing and subsequently maintaining our cloud-based management systems.

Application conditions:
1. Available full time (40 hours per week)
2. Available long term (permanent basis)
3. High level of English (spoken / written)

We are seeking a full time individual, but happy to look at part time to start if other commitments are currently in place.
