We welcome all applicants who have extensive experience within Office Administration. Require a highly organised quick learner with problem-solving and analytical thinking for our fast-paced agency with a rapid growth.
Position initially is advertised as part-time due to time commitments with workload within the office and being able to commit to training part-time until the end of January. Full-time position is available for suitable applicant if desired.

Processing new tenancy applications
Filing / Saving electronically documentation to client files
Update databases
Create new forms: lease renewals, new lease documentation
Reporting on lease renewals due
Update checklists
Skills and experience:

Excellent time management and organisation skills
Excellent written communication skills
Quick learner and well-rounded IT / Computer skills
Showing initiative and excellent problem-solving skills
Offering support to the Property Management Department (desired knowledge with real estate but not essential)
Working Hours are Negotiable up to 38 hours per week
Experience within any of the following software is a great benefit but not essential: Rex Software, Propertyme, RPData, Google Drive, Social Media, Movie Creation, Realworks, inspect real estate, and/or Docusign.
