Real Estate Research

Hello, I am looking for someone who can perform research and analysis on real estate acquisitions in the United States. Please note that this is initially intended for a temporary project, but if it is successful could translate into an ongoing position.

The research intended for this project is surrounding both residential and commercial properties. I am looking to make an acquisition of at least 1 of each initially, with more to follow potentially.

I am looking for an individual who has experience in United States-based real estate practices and can perform deep and quality research and can assemble their findings into clear and meaningful reports. I will provide initial guidance and direction on this project, but will allow for ample room to investigate.

I expect that this project will take around 2 weeks and I can pay in the range of up to $400/week for professional quality work.

Please note that this is not an entry-level role and that professional quality research will be expected.
