Development Manager / Lead Developer - WFH

- undertake code reviews of other developers and their performance
- provide efficiency and productivity monitoring of developers to ensure ontime on budget delivery of requirements
- undertake mentoring/training of other developers and ascertain areas of weakness that require training
- introduce additional standards and documented processes across development services
- assist with complex coding requirements and hands on development where required
- provide project solution architecture and recommendation
- interact directly with clients on technical matters where needed
- undertake regular R & D into new technologies and fitness for purpose for C9's adoption and oversee their implementation
- assist in the estimation of projects, definition of software requirements & clarifications.

To undertake the role you must have excellent English and communication skills both written and oral so that you can liaise with international clients directly when required as well as Australian teaUpgrade to see actual infombers

Applicants must have 14+ years experience across areas outlined above and be able to start within 2 to 4 weeks if selected.
