Our US-based Credit Repair Company is looking for a very passionate and committed Client Relations Manager who shall supervise and manage the CRO Department's day to day operations and activities (Productivity / Effectivity). This position defines and executes strategic plans, motivates the team to meet target success rate in providing outstanding client retention efforts and ensuring that the team provides exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
Salary: $550 per month
Main Responsibilities
1. Attends to all retention efforts for existing clients;
2. Oversees the CRO’s day to day operations activity (Productivity / Effectivity);
3. Manages schedules and staffing of the CROs;
4. Acts as a support to the CROs for Questions / Rebuttals / Handling Objections;
5. Acts as a next level escalation to calls that has complaints/retention issues, etc;
6. Reports factual data to upper management, with thorough understanding of the current data and how to move it forward;
7. Responsible in the whole Client Relationship piece of the company;
8. Oversees all documents submitted by the clients upon onboarding and guarantees that we have everything that we need before we move it to dispute’s pipeline;
9. Works hand in hand with other department heads to accommodate improvement plans;
10. Primary KPI is based on how many clients complains / refunds / and Completion Month over month;
11. Holds all CROs accountable for achieving KPI;
12. Accountable for hours worked and productivity of the CROs;
13. Coaches agents depending on his/her KPI trend and provides realistic/behavior specific coaching to agents.
14. Facilitates skills development plans to his/her subordinates (Skills development plans are related to the KPI trend of the team)

Qualifications
1. Advanced typing and computer skills
2. Data entry and customer service experience are required
3. +2 year experience in related positions
4. Prior industry knowledge is preferred
