RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create quotes & sales orders - Prepare quotes and enter orders using accounting software and CRM software.
• Answer incoming customer service calls - Able to answer inbound calls and speak confidently to U.S. based customers.

• Able to read, write and speak English confidently
