JOB OVERVIEW

Qualification:

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Expert in Excel - specifically V look up, Macros, Pivot Tables
• Very detail oriented
• Expert in database structures, data mining, normalization, etc.
• Being able to run complicated formulas and scripts in Excel
• Experience with Financial Modeling in Excel
• Related work experience as Data Analyst with emphasis on Excel reporting
• Strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently as well as with a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Data analytics background will be helpful

Responsibilities:

• Review spreadsheets of item data using vlookup, filters and sorting to identify items that meet specified criteria
• Compile reports of item and status
• Coordinate tasks, both within the business and with outside service providers
• Review work trackers and identify the highest priority tasks yet to be completed.
• Review spreadsheets of item data for completeness and accuracy utilizing guidelines and judgment
• Enter data into computer systems using both manual entry and bulk loading methods
• Monitor and log progress of item setup assignments
• Troubleshoot, follow-up, and escalate issues with work as relevant.
• Respond timely to ad hoc email requests for data updates
