JOB OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for various tasks involving website management, customer service, product sourcing, listing, and fulfillment. Some of the tasks required will be as follows:

- Overseeing an online e-commerce business and all that comes with it.
- Attention to detail is paramount in this position.
- Product sourcing, finding reliable suppliers that meet specific criteria.
- Tracking price changes and product availability and changing online store price or availability as needed.
- Fulfilling orders (buying a product from a supplier, having it shipped to our customers, then entering tracking information into our online store or the appropriate 3rd party platform.
etc.)
- Be adept at Graphics, image manipulation, research, and use of keywords.
- Writing clear and concise titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
- Responding to customer inquiries/complaints.
- Managing refunds and disputes.

All training will be provided.

I am looking to staff on a full-time basis as an ongoing job. Some of the key requirements are:

1. Be extremely reliable
2. Be accurate, creative, intuitive, and trainable.
3. Be able to work my daytime hours here in the United States, which will be overnight in your country.
4. Be an excellent communicator with reliable internet access and a skype account.
