What you will do:

The role involves the recording, on a regular basis, of a company's financial transactions and being able to help to track all information on the books to make key operating, investing, and financing decisions.

Bookkeeping
Accounts Payable / Receivable
Work with our accounting department to streamline vendor payment processes and improve the financial health of the company
Manage Refunds
Contact customer for payment lapses
Organizing and filing transaction documents
Generating financial reports and statements
Preparing and processing electronic payments, transfers and financial transactions
Pay invoices for services rendered
Salary Processing and Alphalist of employee
Assist in Audit Preparation

What you need

A heartfelt, emotional connection to customer happiness
Extreme self-motivation and problem-solving skills
A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved
Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
More than 1 year working in eCommerce or technology industries
High level of English especially for reading
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
Experience using cloud-based accounting software. Preferably Xero
